I should drink more soy milk because it has a lot of calcium which is good for the teeth and bones.

That tea was not very enjoyable.

I've pretty much been in bed for 4 days.

Started as a sore throat and then just got neo-progressively worse in a few days.  I ended up with a fever.  Cold Sweats.  Hot sweats.  Aches.  Headaches.

Proper influenza symptoms.  Plus I'm constantly hungry.

My ears don't feel right either.  I think I may have a bit of catarrh.

I think it would.  I feel like I've lost weight and it's annoying me as I'm now hungry a lot and I am eating too.
