First off, he should have learned how to write before he decided to write. Secondly, he left many holes which he failed to address.

Eric, not to reduce human life to simply a part of the environment, although in many ways, that is all we are, but trees = good for the earth and the continued existence of all species. humans (at least in the numbers we have now) = bad for the earth and a threat to the continued existence of all species.
Number 2. I have never and will never chain myself to a tree. I have allergies.

There has never been one thing I've agreed with yo more about. Most philosophers who have something interesting to say don't know how to say it with brevity or wit. Kant is second only to certain people who responded to him.

Glad someone agrees with me on this point. It's sad that you can read Aristotle and have it be infinitely more clear than Kant despite the obvious difficulty in translating the former compared to the later.

Kant's philosophy is immensely more complex than is Aristotle's. That's like saying your Calculus book is bad because you had a much harder time understanding it than your 3rd grade arithmetic book.

Metaphilosophy is a very important field of study... Why and how do people philosophize? We have to get better at philosophising about philosofy. That's what philosophy has always been lacking...
