Actually, they did not delete my comment, the server was just upset because of the volume, I guess. But they are pulling the Wiki pedant and saying that since it doesn't come from a "reliable" third party source and it isn't depicted in the show, it doesn't exist. So anyone new who wanders in now having heard about Lyra will have no idea WTF.

You can't give lengthy descriptions because they are collective creations and there's no set ideas. But generally speaking, Lyra is excitable to borderline insane (her belief she is a human has expanded quite a bit in recent times), Bonbon is sort of her "straight man", Carrot Top tends to be a "straight man" to Derpy, Derpy is absent-minded (I don't like the RETARDED DURRR interpretations) but hard working and good intentioned and deeply loves Dinky, Berry is a somewhat unstable alcoholic who still loves Ruby. Scratch is pretty much universally party hard and Octavia is pretty much universally classy and somewhat withdrawn.
Or it can be the grimmest of darks or make everything try to be sad or completely insane. There are so many different ones, that is just my impression of the predominant ideas.
Do not read fanfics.

I've actually only read like 4 I think. The only reason I read the Lyra and Bon Bon fanfic is because I wanted to establish their personalities in my mind, but I don't think of Bon Bon as such a badass. But whatever.
