Two questions:

1. Is he mainly associated with TV?
2. Is he human (as opposed to anthropomorphic animals, cars, toys etc.)?
He say nothing is quite what it seems;
I say nothing is nothing

Good news for me, since I haven’t watched TV for eight years!

Does this series have a historical theme?

OK, getting closer.  Is he a character in a cartoon? (Like Homer Simpson, though it can’t be him because he has a family!)
