It's been a while since I've celebrated. 

The last celebration was high school graduation, which I celebrated with steak and champagne.

It's very, very nice. It's a lot less peaty than other Islay malts I've had. Quite light, but still has a strong bite of alcohol (46%). Perfect for a quiet celebratory drink.

Oh, that looks delicious.

I intend to try most of the Islay malts, I like the peaty, smoky notes they have. It reminds me of my home town, by the sea.
