How on earth do I stop email updates

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   I get an email everytime i get a message to a topic, how do i stop this?

	Go into:- Settings (see top of page) Edit Profile Forum Preferences (NO to emails)
	Do 'The Stanley' otherwise I'll thrash you with some rhubarb.
