At school they took away almost all the computers that were available to give to the developmental math sections (because they make a ton of money on them by charging them $150 a credit hour to use a computer program) and gave us these sh*tty little netbooks instead, and let me tell you that they are the worst.

Netbooks suck even when running lean Linux distros.

I've personally never used a netbook, but I'm convinced that they're stupid. 

All of the elementary schools around here got iPads for whatever the hell they need them for.

A friend of mine who works with me on games did all the art and audio for our first iPhone game on a netbook. I was pretty impressed.
