This on me next summer at festivals - and bob´s your uncle...

LOL It's always struck me as the kind of thing I'd wear as a kid but would be embarrassed to admit now. Embarrassed You a fan of GBV I take it?

I must admit that I haven´t heard them - at all actually. The name rings a bell, but no form of musical directions or melodies starts emerging in my memory.
I´d still love to get my hands on that outfit - pure brilliance.

I´m enjoying a few moments of silence for once...

I'd definitely recommend them for someone who doesn't mind production quality (as it's lo-fi) but really likes albums with indescribable elements that make them great.

And you can't go wrong with silence but for me now:

I´ve read up on ´em over at RYM, and they seem to be a band I should like - most definitelySmile
I´m so broke this month, and the money I AM going to spend on new tunes is already going to Battiato´s Gommalaca - which also features Gavin Harrison on the drums back in 1998!
But I can pretty much guarantee that GBV is going on my list - any suggestions to what I should start out with?

@ Guldbamsem

Bee Thousand is them at their epitome IMO but others like Under the Bushes Under the Stars better. Either is a good starting point.

Bad bad bad cover, but beautiful swaying organs and a proto symphonic psychedelia thing going on:

An addiction, and a good one at that.
