If you want, I can post French political comics. Or give you a link to Spanish political comics.

About 30000 views and 1000 posts.  Henry's attempt at a slam = epic fail. LOL

But yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing more posts of cartoonists from other countries and other political points of view and even the occasional discussion of cartoonists.

Now, back to your regular non-scheduled non-programming:

By the way, one of my favorite discoveries thanks to the postings of others, The Perry Bible Fellowship (no relation, I hope Tongue):

No 'Doonesbury' in the AJC?

September 16, 2011

It looks like a controversy is stirring up in Atlanta this week. It seems that the AJC chose not to run the "Doonesbury" comic strip in the newspaper but just ran it online. The reason AJC didn't run it was because of the subject matter. The strip this week depicts a character reading from the not-yet-released book about Sarah Palin.
Kevin Riley, editor of the AJC, explained in a radio interview with Denis O'Hayer that he felt that since the book was not released and that Sarah Palin had not had a chance to respond, it was unfair to run the strips.
When asked why he choose to run them online, Riley responded that in their print edition they choose the content for the reader and online the reader seeks out the content they want to read.

Really? Confused

When I pick up the paper I immediately put aside the sports section as I could care less and usually start off the editorial page.  Unfortunately, the paper has been going out of their way to try to appear not to have a "liberal" bias.  They run "conservative" political cartoons to "balance" Mike Luchkovich's cartoons, which I don't mind except for the fact they are usually regurgitations of Fox News talking points and almost uniformly not funny.
