Me too - gentle music seems to be the best way of persuading your brain into sleep mode.
You should get that Popol Vuh album - it´s more electronic than what came after - with a lot of percussion and watery sounds made into adventurous music.

I think it´s a far superior album, and it does have a much better flow to it methinks.
