A poll for all you pizzaficionados. No "both" option. That's a copout.

Deep dish for me, but I do love a good thin crust for Margherita.

Thin Crust.

Deep dish is good stuff but thin is where it needs to be.

If it's a proper New York style, thin fosho.  Otherwise I'd go with the deep dish

Deep dish, although I could go for a thin once in a while.

I like it somewhere in between.  Chicago-style is more a casserole than a pizza.

Deep dish without a doubt. More to enjoy in each bite.

Thin sourdough crust with ham, green olives and baby shrimp.

Unless you're in Chicago and then try Battaglia's stuffed tomato and sausage pizza.  Heaven!

Deep dish can be alright, but it's usually pretty bad. The thinner the better.

Thin crust

Of course, thin crust in the greater NYC area means even thinner than your typical NY slice.

BTW, New Jersey pizza is also where it's at: just as good as most NY pizza (with the exception of Brooklyn)

Well, not really. If I had used the word "and" instead of "but", then you could say I was choosing both. "Deep dish for me" should have made it pretty clear if you were unsure though.LOL

As long as it's not the cracker crust that they try to pass off as pizza her in St. Louis it's all good.

My wife is from Staten Island, so thin crust is pizza, deep dish isn't really. LOL

Generally thin crust.  Deep dish is a bit much, but sometimes I could be in the mood for it.

I love both. I'll vote Deep Dish because one of my favorite pizza places in town does Deep Dish. $25 gets you a large that will probably last you three days. It's economical and delish!
