Peanuts.  My sister is allergic to them, so I could never eat them around her.  It makes me appreciate them even more when I do eat them.

If they are present, M&Ms. They f**king make the trail mix. Say you had them in there for the first half, then they were all magically gone. Might as well throw the bag away. But if they're not there to begin with, raisins. otherwise it's just a mouthful of nuts I MEAN REALLY.
