One more for Chimay - those trapist munks really know what they´re doing. I do favor Danish micro breweries, who in the last years have been making some wonderful and ballsy beer.  

I went to Taphouse Grill in Seattle the other day. Had a lot of Stone and Elysian beers. All good. Elysian Immortal IPA in particular is quite tasty.

Deschutes brewery in Portland yesterday. Triend six beers, all good. Le Cycliste had a very unexpected taste. It was like a really hoppy lemonade. One of the most interesting Hefeweizens I've had for sure.

Bought a bunch of Hair of the Dog and Mikkeller today and ended the day by going to the Rogue brewpub to try some of their stuff. Rogue is a good brewery, but none of their stuff blows my mind.

Hey Pat, have you had the Phila Bewing Co Cider? 

I don't really like cider that much myself because it's too sweet for me. This is quite different. It's super dry and bitter. It's really not sweet at all. It might be worth a try if you see it on tap and want a change-up.
