To SaltyJon :
Clap clappies for the PIL's 'flowers of romance' (tribal gothic rock ? feat. a drummer who later played on the amazing Killing Joke's album 'extremities, dirt and various repressed emotions') and Pop Group's 'Y' (avant-garde reggaesque funk punk ? -> be sure to listen to Rip Rig & Panic's 'God' next (features members of the Pop Group, and a young Neneh Cherry) and Dennis Bovell's band, Pop Group producer, 4th Street Orchestra's 'scientific, higher ranking dubb' and 'yuh learn!' albums ).
"Magma was the very first gothic rock band" (Didier Lockwood)

I'm using Spotify to check all these groups out, and I was actually planning to listen to Rip Rig & Panic next, but they're not on here. Cry

Listening to these guys for the first time right now. This is really great stuff; right up my alley from the 2 songs I've heard so far ("Funky dla Franki" and "Crazy Shepherd") Which album would you recommend the most? That's awesome that their still together and you got to see them! How was it?
