It basically makes poll trolls have to create accounts where they have to post 50 times each in order to be able to vote multiple times in order to screw with the voting in a poll.  Why anyone would care enough to set up 50 accounts without the post limit in order to screw with a poll on a prog website is beyond me, but .....

I have a double bass.  It's incredibly hard to teach myself to play it though.
