Best way I can describe it would be progressive pop with horns, and fuzz guitar/bass, plus a really good drummer.

Oh, John Zorn, correct? I've heard Naked City but only on YouTube live performances. My favorite stuff is with Bill Frisell on guitar. That's some crazy album art. I dig it.

Yeah it's John Zorn, guy is an amazing musician. Stuff's a little rough on the ears for some people but it's still truly beautiful.
