One thing which may not sit all that well - your avatar.  I know they haven't said anything about it yet, but doesn't it seem a bit disrespectful to ridicule Walter when he's not around to defend himself? (@ Marco)

I don't mind the shread title, it is nice with a change, a progress so to speak and ther are bigger problems (for me like finding a jobb) then the title of a thread,

Guilt by association... As I started deleting the posts that I believed to be disrespectful of a first time poster what remained didn't make a whole heap of sense as they referred obliquely to hidden posts and not to the OP, so they went too.
