Apparently, according to Google, it's purple cauliflower. I've never seen it before.

white cauliflower is perfect for soups and purees, and also baked, and as stewes, with lamb steak, (and broccoli ofcourse) perfect meal (also with some potatos, but i can only have one couse my low carb diet)

looks good though and nice to make your dish look more funky and progarchives like (the same colour as PA)

I think I'll make a chicken breast with pepperjack cheese sandwhich tonight on french bread. Maybe some jalapeno potato chips and a glass of cranberry juice.
