I had fiber cereal with blueberries, strawberries, banana, peach, prunes, almonds, walnuts, raisins, and cherries.

I'm about to eat an apple, do some homework, and go for a run.

Holy crap, my teacher better post the guidelines for the next research paper so I can get started before I lose my damn mind. I can usually knock out a ten-page paper in about 1.5 hours, and I want to get it done as soon as possible so I can go running and swimming and tanning.

Today is lean turkey meatloaf day.

Damn that sounds like a good day.
Also, I smashed my English speech today, didn't even end up using notes.

By the way, Joel, I listened to the album in your avatar. It's been a very long time since I've listened to hardcore, and that album was very refreshing. I don't know if you're into progressive hardcore, but I would suggest KEN mode, if you've not already listened to them.

Oh, awesome. A friend gave me a copy of Mongrel a few months ago, absolutely great album IIRC. Haven't listened to it in months though.
Also, if you like Defeater, you should definitely check out their Lost Ground EP. My favourite from them.
Had no idea there were any other HC fans on PA.

I haven't been a serious hardcore fan since about 7 years ago, but I still enjoy it for running. Hardcore has a very steady energetic appeal that makes it ideal for running and lifting weights. I think I'm going to listen to Comeback Kid while I run today.

I have. But ski jumpers don't eat burgers, do they?
