some of the best mellotron I have heard brothers

That was pretty good. I'll raise you something better though.

yeah pure old shcool hip hop from the golden age, of hip hop

did you hear the mellotron i higlighted for you, I find it is cool that hip hop artists actualy use, it creates a cool atmosphere, and I think the mellotron was authentic as well

Yeah, can't beat that, really. Public Enemy and A Tribe Called Quest are probably my two favorites.

Yes, that was pretty neat; I think it was authentic. If not, it must have been sampled mellotron.

Wearing headphones doesn't help with wax either.

According to the doctor, over ear headphones (what I use) don't affect it at all.  In-ear ones supposedly push the wax farther in, causing buildup.

I'm using over-ear now.  I do use in-ear ones on occasion but that's when I'm out walking somewhere.

My ears do get waxier after wearing headphones though.

I can't stand in-ear headphones.  I'd rather not listen to music than use them.

Used to feel like that to an extent, but you grow accustomed to them.

Only if you ever use them.  LOL  If I want music while I'm out and about, I take my over-ear headphones with me.  They sound awesome and don't annoy me.

The whole not being able to hear because of ear wax explains so much about Jon's musical tastes. Wink

I would use them, but I haven't found a pair that are comfortable.

It's fun like this.  Music is paused until at least 1, since Looney Tunes is on!

No problem, and glad to hear it! Avant Mafia, good times. What artists did you check out because of it?

Actually, you and anyone/everyone else should sign up here. I might be hosting the very first game over there, and if I am I will definitely let anyone interested know when signups are up (I should find out soon). Either way I'll definitely be hosting soon or someone else awesome will be, and it's going to be a great starting community that I hope can stand on its own with people from all kinds of sites----trying to make it a great Mafia site for beginners and pros but also emphasize the off-topic (music, TV/movies, whatever else, pretty much anything) aspects of the community. I've thought about the music subcommunity especially; I'm gonna try starting some non-Mafia games and such over there too.

It's really something else to play with others in the community as well; as great a time as I had hosting these two games over here, all the creativity and ambition from hosts and players elsewhere is really astounding and makes the games unique and addicting (someone had to push me to play my first two games, haha, but after that definitely not). There's one other Mafia site, but it's stand alone Mafia instead of being its own separate community for other games, chat, and such----that's a great site to play as well.

If you're even remotely interested, I'd highly recommend that for you. Plus, I'd love to play a game with you and the other PAers as a fellow player. Evil Smile

DisgruntledPorcupine and David (birdwithteeth) are already over at both sites, so you'll be in good company (or bad, depending on how you look at it LOL).
