It is.

You know em? Shocked
I guess there is more to Tanner than PF and Dylan after all! Tongue

I have a very wide variety of musical taste, thank you. Angry

At least you're listening to good metal, I guess, and not St. Anger. Tongue

St Anger is a 3/5 so I'm not sure how good that is but yes, it is well known I think that is a decent album.
Sorry for not going with the masses and saying its utter sh*t without even really listening to it Cool

The St. Anger mashup was epic and 99.8% better than the original.

Well you may not know but when it comes to "normal" or more mainstream musics I disregard whatever you usually say. Like James and Henry except for them it's everything, I still respect your opinion on a lot of stuff LOL

Bro, I meant the avant version, you know where they play all the tracks simultaneously.

All I know is this:

Muddy and Thrashy? I see no problems there.
The songwriting is horrid, and the quality is the worst but there are some good riffs and music under the trash.
It's like dumpster diving and finding money at the bottom!

tl;dr

Haters gon hate

Yes?
Your insults don't even make sense anymore. That's what a mashup is. Isn't it what I posted once and called it "avant metal" as a joke? Ben you are not drinking enough.

And wait, my point is still valid. Dude why are you so f**king dense sometimes?
Come at me bro

Hey, I agree with you that St. Anger is not nearly as bad as everyone says. The trashcan drums are awesome. Dare to be ugly.

lulzwas? You do all the time and fail miserably.
Don't hide behind trolling, I know you're sincere with your closed minded and stereotypical view of the US and when you call some moral conservative. That's all we talk about on PA what else have ya got to honestly insult me with?

People should take all the hate they unnecessarily put on St. Anger and focus it on Kirk Hammett's guitar playing and all of their 90's albums. St. Anger was a vast improvement on anything since The Black Album.

It's true...and the rare times you agree with me make me question it, but I stand by this one.
The drums are awful, not helped by Lars' erm, intriguing style of playing.

Metallica's drums have never sounded good though. I just tend to ignore it after a couple of songs on most albums

Oh yeah St Anger is at least metal...yet even many Metallica fanboys hate it. Load and Reload were pure sh*t!

On another note, it is an awesome day outside.

Oh yeah anyone here can tell you my opinions of Lars LOL The actual sound itself has never really bothered me though. Just him!

Meh, I don't care for Metallica anyway.

We all know Slayer is where it's at.

I think I'll join you with Alcest. Ecailles de Lune is a masterpiece.

I just found myself playing the first bass riff of La Villa Strangiato out of nowhere (albeit in a different key), didn't even know I knew it.

Also, I was playing a hybrid of the bass and guitar apparently. LOL

Hey Tan Tan I'm glad ya did, I love talking about St Anger. Always lulzy and more people think its ok to good out there than we think.

Oh gawd I used to like Slayer when I was a metalhead fanboy. Had like all their albums. I think now its like 5 and can't say I ever listen. For the record, Megadeth is far superior to Metallica and Alcest is pretty cool.
Souvenirs d'un autre monde isn't bad but many songs just tend to get dull. I can only do shoegaze in small bursts. Écailles de Lune though seems really awesome
