AFAIK, TLII is only download unless you paid during the Kickstarter phase.
Both if you can, although I'll have to get back to you on that. I've realised in the past week that Heart Ache is possibly the most truly imaginative and brilliant piece of music I've ever heard (no exaggeration). TLII is also absolutely brilliant and entirely worth your time and money though.

I played it before, I got three moves in and realised that approximately 17 people somewhere in the world committed suicide while I read the screen. I automatically won and lost the game. Mostly lost.
