Welcome to kayo dot . net

NEWS!

1) Kayo Dot's violinist, Mia Matsumiya, has a cameo in the new movie by James Gunn, SUPER. Mia plays a slothful and lustful schoolgirl and does a voice-over in a hentai tentacle rape scene. The film stars Rainn Wilson, Ellen Page, Liv Tyler, Kevin Bacon, and Nathan Fillion, and is in theaters now. Go see it!

2) A lot of people have been asking us when we're going to tour to the U.S. West Coast and South. Believe us, we really want to. We don't have a van right now though... if any of you would like to donate a van to us, or about $2000 so we can get a good used van, please let us know!

3) Our most recent release, the Stained Glass EP , will see its vinyl release in June by Antithetic Records. The B-Side will feature an exclusive remix of "Stained Glass", and the package will include a poster and some other goodies.

4) The digital release date of Stained Glass is upon us! You can now get this EP at iTunes, eMusic, etc. Also, b's Part the Second, and both Tartar Lamb albums are also now available on iTunes, eeMusic, etc, worldwide!

5) If you haven't checked it out yet, go listen to the new album by our satellite band,TARTAR LAMB II, over at http://www.tartarlamb.com
