Hmm, so I have Limescale in my kettle.  I just read that filling the kettle with vinegar and boiling the kettle and leaving it overnight will work.

Is there another way?

You can get cleaning products to remove limescale, but other than that I really have no idea. Your apartment/house/flat will likely stink like vinegar for days though, unless you put it outside or something. t

I know that.  I want to prevent the limescale in the first place.  Apparently putting some kind of crystals in works.

My kettle isn't exactly easy to clean. Ouch

And I was also just reading about stale water.  I change my kettle water every day but apparently it may not need changing so often.  Still, I'll carry on doing that as I find it starts to taste terrible after a day anyway.
