Only the first four are in order:

Dream Theater
Symphony X
Savatage
Andromeda
Shadow Gallery
Rush
Fates Warning
The Black Mages
Enchant
Blind Guardian

That looks reasonable for now. Would probably be completely different if I did it again next week, but the top four re definite locks.

Well, at least I was honest enough to say at the top that I can not define "ten" in my lists ... it's impossible!

As for counting ... well ... sorry ... I guess that I am not a part of that industrialist world ... and things like "top ten" (specially!) are not in my vocabulary! It's not progressive enough thinking for me.

But you know that!
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

I don't think it's supposed to be a definitive list, thats not how i answered it anyway. Of course theres no such thing as a top 10 when it comes to art but it's interesting to see what you think at certain moments in your Prog Journey

Numeracy is such a noble art measured as precise as literacy, the reason to count to ten a skill you need to construct iambic pentameter.
What?
