Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

I do not care about the wedding, but I am not tired of the wedding coverage because I don't watch TV. I've heard about it more from people who are complaining about it than from actual news organizations.
if you own a sodastream i hate you

I understand the food at the reception will include traditional English fare as kreplach, latkes, matzo ball soup, and kugel.

I couldn't care less. I still have to work, so I get nothing.
And for a moment when our world had filled the skies, Magic turned our eyes,
To feast on the treasure set for our strange device

I didn't know you guys got a free day off from work for those things.  With all the coverage you'd think I'd know that, but then we do pretty much flip the channel.  Helps if you avoid the morning shows.

It's a wonder we get any work done at all.

Actually the only place I've heard of this is PA. The internet I'm consuming (and I'm consuming A LOT) has somehow protected me.

Perhaps France has lost interest in the monarchy.

Lucky you, it's both Internet and TV madness down here.

I wouldn't mind watching the ceremony.

True that. LOL But don't underestimate the powerful French TV entertainment industry. Actually I've lied a bit, two days ago my girlfriend said her co-workers had a discussion about the wedding at work. One of the girls was disappointed in the prince's choice (obviously). And that's really all I've heard about the issue.

^ that was just a bloody incident that didn't actually make French lose interest in the monarchy, which only happened gradually during the following century. LOL Reminds me of a certain bloody episode from British 17th century history which might have been the sign that the English had enough monarchy, but it wasn't to be... Tongue
