Brian, write philosophy. At worst people will think you are brain-fried.

They would also be correct with that thought.
And gawd, talk about where to start.....

I'll leave the philosophy to you.
I am serious though. Uni killed any joy of reading and writing. I want to jump start both again.

I'm gonna hit the hay, I think.  I would like to finish this project but I can't afford to stay up until 6:30 AM again.

University hasn't killed writing for me, but reading to an extent. Although I do read a fair whack of philosophy.

Glad to hear that.
Yeah, it's sad.

I just need to sit in the woods with some Agalloch and my thoughts until I feel something. Then take the clusterf**k and try to compose it into something. That be the killer.
I'm partially inspired by "House of Leaves" someone told me about it and I really want to read it.

I used to write stream of conscious a lot.
If that's what you mean...
Was one of my favorite styles. Not a bad idea, I probably will do that but I do want to try and compose something as well.

haha
I have only read one Camus work so I don't even know his way.

Besides, can't purposely emulate anyone. No matter what we do will end up being like someone of course...but gotta be us at least.

Sadly my Irish accent is trash.
I could recite my work in a stereotypically horrid British accent, or angry Scottish

you should like this album Matt, I am certain enough about that, since you like trip hop and drum am base, this album is a pop album/singer singwriter girl whos infjuses electronichen rock, with pop and new age like music. so I dare myself to implay that you not only could like it, I dare myself say that you would or should enjoy it, becouse the music is quite eccentric Wink, just like Avant prog, and much of Zheul, and alot of trip hop and ambient... which is right in you play ground. em ai rait

this is her second album

if you like her second album  you might trye to like the debute, but the debute is a completly different animal, more of a Jazz/classical influenced pop album

I can only do it angrily and saying terrible things. And both are needed otherwise it slips.

OK, it slips anyway but those things help.
