For a beginner, I'd say either Kobaia (the debut) or Kohntarkosz were good places to start.

Although Rob doesn't like Koenjihyakkei... although I'd say they were perhaps more extreme in some respects.

Bad choice, Rob.

Uh-oh.

Plus I hope it's not that Charly release 'cause Charly Records are crooks. Cry

That's 'cause MDK is one of the best albums, TB. Big smile

Why?  So far, so good.  Title track has a fun Latin feel to it.  I'm down with that.

Best tracks on Udu Wudu are Zombies and De Futura.  The extract of Emehntehtt-Ré is far too short and not especially wonderful.  Zombies happens to also be from Emehntehtt-Ré but personally is not as good as the version on the Emehntehtt-Ré studio album.

Soleil d'Ork isn't too bad either.

But after Merci, I'd say it was their next weakest album.

My favourite is actually Emehntehtt-Ré.  I know, shocking!

I've heard Attahk, MDK, K.A., Udu Wudu, and Kohntarkosz.

My first was MDK.  I wonder where to go next.  How's the first one?

Magma seems to make excellent use of repetition.

It's still a good album, Rob but it's weak compared to everything else except Merci and Attahk (which I have just realised maybe even weaker than Udu Wudu -- it's a close run thing).

The debut has the least repetition of all their albums.  I'd say start there and work forwards.

I kind of like how they build it into their music; it's very chant-like and sort of hypnotic at times.
