Why are you cross examining me?

    Awesome can have different meanings.

I am so relieved to hear from you causing tears in my eyes. I am more emotional than I thought.

Appreciate your comments. At the moment on the news it says 19 dead, and there is footage of the massive waves taking out the buildings, seen over and over. Australia is watching intensely.

the announcer said now 'theres a horrible sense of not knowing what to do' and they are talking to an Australian, Walter Antony, caught in the quake.

    Youtube already!

And you were worried that I was glad a lot of Japanese people had died. That I revelled in the destruction and pain.

    No.

...With that little defensive bout out of the way Ermm

8.9 is an amazingly powerful quake!
Hope all our Japanese friends are alright, as well the rest of the country. Hopefully the damage is not too catastrophic given the strength of that quake.

The videos are unreal. Saw some live video...absolutely unreal. What magnitude...what destruction.

Absolutely hope all PA friends from Japan and any other effected area are ok and that Japan can recover from this quickly.

Indeed, and let's hope it stops right here!

There are always threats of aftershocks, landslides, and I see there are tsunami warnings posted for Australia, NZ, Mexico and Hawaii. Precautionary and I hope it stays that way and Japan can escape with as little damage as possible.

Sorry guys, but I am not going to stand by and be picked up on the words I use and to the nature of what I mean.

Having said that, I am sorry to derail the thread and will delete my posts.
