Both annoying but one I can stand and like (Williams), the other I can't stand and dislike. I can't stand one Carrey movie.

Jim Carrey is funny.

Robin Williams is a genius. Cocaine probably helped but that's his problem not mine.

As Rob said both are funny but both also have A LOT of non funny.

I love both, despite both of them being non-funny for quite a bit of their careers.  Robin Williams wins it for his versatility and energy.  I love Patch Adams and Mrs. Doubtfire.

He also played in one creepy ass movie:
