Well, in Keys to Ascension and Keystudio they released a couple of epic songs, and I must say they rather failed for me... though Mind Drive came close to being great, just some parts of it were really too cheesy (though some others were really excellent). On the other hand, Endless Dream (from Talk) was a relly great epic song for me. I hope this new one will really be great.

I really hope "Aliens Are Only Us From The Future" is on the album.

It would be even more awesome if it was the last track.

This appears to be speculation at the moment, even the site you link to says the title is "tentative". Is there an official source yet confirming the title and the information you give?

the site has been very accurate in the past---breaking news before official press releases with inside info--the word "tentative" was added later in the day---in the morning the site just said that was the title of the album---

We can fly from here...... a drama out-take?

Does anyone have any files of it they can share, if it was ever recorded/released?

We can fly from here was released on the "The Word is Live" 3-disc compilation, and is recorded on various bootlegs of the Drama tour. It and "Go Through This" were both tracks that didn't make it onto the disc due to the deadline, but they made it onto the tour. An instrumental version of Go Through This called "Have we really got to go through this?" was one of the bonus tracks on the Rhino remaster of Drama. Both are good tracks. I believe "Go Through This" is also on The Word Is Live.

That being said, I hope neither find their way onto this "new" album. They were good tracks, but now, 30 years later, I hope they have something better to say than either of those.

An album from the present line-up of YES is fantastic news.

I accept that it's no longer the 70's, and that msrs. Squire, Howe, and White are getting up there in years, but my experience of this band live was that they performed the music of YES with an authenticity and joy that I never saw during the Union or Talk tours.  While I love Jon Anderson, I believe that Benoit David is better suited to actually performing these songs in 2011.

I have no idea whether this group can write good music, but for me, they have earned the right to give it a try!

I will listen with open ears...
