Its OK to make a gesture that symbolizes the slaughter of many innocent Jews, but its not OK to call someone out for their past comments that were of a nature that is probably relevant to this discussion.

By the way, I wasn't directing that at you- just pointing out how wrongly some assume the US Constitution applies to private interactions (and, ironically, these same people allow the government to violate the US Constitution, but hey, see us in the Libertarian thread for that one!).
