The history of the atom bomb and the codes during WWII is fascinating. I can't remember any of it now, but I thought it was cool when I read about it before (probably on the internet at 3am).

Perhaps it's not less thuggish.  I feel following orders is often worse than anarchy sometimes.  Neither are good though.

What I'm trying to say is: many S.A. members were working class (not a bad thing by any means; I'm working class) and many had violent tendencies to begin with.  They didn't always care who they hurt.

Whilst the SS, I believe (and I could be wrong), liked the Uniform, liked the organisation and like following-orders.  There will always be the odd-balls though.

So the two Organisations were different and had different goals.

I like neither.  I hate War.  I hate the requirement for military.

If John thinks I'm remotely a Nazi, then I'll be laughing for the rest of my life.
