And oh that thesis story. Not only did i hand it in a week after it was due, but I was also purely theoretical, had the minimum number of pages and I didn't have a presentation prepared. So at the end of it I was complaining that I only got 96%.

96% is pretty decent.

I once got the highest grade in a Mathematics exam.  I don't know how.  I was useless at it.  It was only middle set but still... I was very pleased.

I got 98% in Russian history. But that was an easy exam.

For what I had, yes. Beyond decent! But when you see other colleagues get 97, 98, 99 and you know what they are capable of, it's inevitable that frustration and rage kick in.

I take it that it's common to see 95%+ in that course. That's really rare here.

In an explanation of a point I made, I technically got all the answers correct.

Unfortunately there's a big sign in front of me that says "f**k You!" that won't let me progress.

That's really rare here. Not course, the bachelor's thesis itself. But the English track in Political Science was seen as the elite of the faculty, and the truth is most of us were really good students.However, I considered that I was better than others. The other tracks of studies got pretty low grades, but enough to pass.

Ooo, elitism.
