OK then, How do you tell the difference between a nazi sympathizer and a nice person.
There are a number of ways. The one I like (because it's easy to remember) is that a nice person doesn't sympathize with Nazis, whereas a Nazi sympathizer does.

A nice person would have called this thread something like 'freedom of speech at stake',
while the other would have called it 'Nazi Pride' or 'Nazi Salute' or something like that

Inoffensive speech does not need protection because nobody try to suppress it.

Yes, and no one else here does (least far as we know) but still doesn't explain your odd actions LOL

Oh and as for the banning of the symbol one last hippie BS thing to throw out there...
When will it stop?

It is a terribly and offensive symbol of the past not fit for modern society?
Without doubt.

But what if one person is offended by something? Ban it too?
Like censoring books.

Also what about the spiritual use of the symbol we now take as the Swastika? It was a symbol of peace!
Should that be banned? How about not because its not a hate symbol...some neo nazi's can just hang out and pretend to be Hindu's. Loophole!

What about the Finnish Air Force? Take a look at their flag. They even fought along side Nazi Germany at one point, that must really stir up some bad memories! Finland was never Nazi, nor fascist, even close, and the symbol predates the Nazi's. Should it be banned?

You can't ban a symbol (or gesture, whatever).

I don't know the answers to your questions, I'm just exercising my free speech, why do you find that odd?

OK, and no one was denying you that, (not yet at least! Evil Smile)
And I don't know, was just unusual.

My gut wants to say you were acting strange and then just playing it all off with "my freedom of speech" to try and prove some point....
But I am an over analytic cynical b*****d Tongue

^ actually I think it started as a pro nazi thread, or pro free speech thread, judging by the thread title, I would have guessed the first option.

I'd guess the latter, and the title was used to create shock and attract people.

I don't think Max would be too happy with a thread title like that, and it wouldn't last a second at Max and I's jazz site (coming soon).

Damn me for not having enough money to have my own website where everything would go...

Yes Admin, whoever reads this, change the title please to "Jailed for rasing the right arm".

Max should start a classical website... Though it would have about 20 members... And this thread would fail with Mahler, Mendelssohn and Bloch's fans, among others...

A DIY classical website would be a tough sell, have you ever read through classical reviews, not for the novice.
