It looks like I put a hard-to-find thing... thought the England and the Eloy atuff weren't really that easy either. One clue: it's from a Happy the Man song...

OK, those were the last lines of 'On Time as a helix of Precious laguhs', from HAPPY THE MAN's debut album. I suppose this one won't be that hard...
