I decided the first one works better as a signature gif due its fluidity and shortness.

Yeah, I hate starting at 3:30 PM on Monday/Wednesday/Friday.  It's so hard to wake up in time for class!

Well that's probably because you're up until this time of the morning, I'd guess.

Frnk Zpa

Oh look, it's officially Valentine's day, time to start my marathon of crushingly depressing post metal to remind me of my failures in love. Thumbs Up

Now that's a good idea!
You should recommend me some depressing tunes as all my music is to damn cheery, and I certainly don't feel cheery at the moment.

Dude, you must not be familiar with post metal at all.

First off, ISIS's Panopticon.  Post-metal's supreme masterpiece, a tumultuous and emotionally devastating album that beats any emotion you're feeling into utter oblivion, then just before the album goes out a faint glint of light appears at the end of the dark tunnel.  Maybe save this one for last.

One that I absolutely plan on playing tomorrow is Cult of Luna's Somewhere Along the Highway.  A concept album about male loneliness, this album is one of the most devastating and crushing pieces of music I have ever encountered.  The atmosphere just smothers you until you're numb.  Honestly this album is just sensational, definitely in my top 5 albums of all time.

Another fantastic one is Ulver's Shadows of the Sun.  Just absolutely stunning, beautiful, moving, and horribly sad all at the same time, few other pieces of music can move me as much as this one can.

I'll let you know if I come up with anything else.

I will check them out!
Only Isis album I've ever boughten was an ep/single called "Not in Rivers but in Drops" and I wasn't quite pleased with it.
Now that I've grown an ear to heavier vocals I feel like I should give them another shot though.
And yes, I'm only now starting to find my way into more obscure genres and bands throughout progressive rock.
