I just switched to Chrome for the second time because of the damn Firefox freezing my old computer. The last time I switched back to Firefox because there wasn't much of a difference between the two; I think that was about a year ago. Now the difference is huge in favour of Chrome, which I'd like to keep - but it has some annoying features that I can't control. For example, can anyone tell how do I make it stop transforming any URL into a link? I can't make hyperlinks because of that.

I for one prefer Safari. Firefox has better media streaming but Safari is faster overall.

Firefox. Even though it seems to soak up an average of 300mbs of my RAM, I still prefer it to anything else I've used.

I'm back on Firefox, as I couldn't get Tinychat to work properly on Chromium.

I use Internet Explorer.
But I also have Google Chrome which is actually much better, but I'm lazy to click on it.

I love and rely on Firefox, but this gradual memory leak business is killing the experience.

Yeah, I'm the same, and Alex also mentioned this. I really prefer Firefox to IE, but my CPU usage is now regularly running at 100%, and I have tried all sorts of fixes and solutions. The fact is that it is FF that is causing this, and if it carries on, I will just have to stop using it. |

SRWare Iron, although it's basically a lighter and safer version of Chrome.
And Firefox users, you should try the PaleMoon browser. It's exactly like FF but revamped for better performance.

Web browsers? I don't use them at all. I am doing all this through the power of thought. |
