Honestly, the only person who I would consider doing that for that's underage is my brother. But he never asks me to (and probably never will), which I'm very thankful for.

Well, I don't know where the kid would be drinking, and yes, to be honest it would be hard to prove where he got the alcohol, but as a general rule I don't think it's worth leaving yourself liable just to be the "cool guy".

In Pennsylvania, there are what we call beer "distributors" that sell cases - and that's all they sell. Delis and pubs are allowed to sell six-packs, but often at a very high markup.
The beer distributors are independently owned operations, but obviously are licensed by the state. Since I go there roughly once every 1-2 weeks, the guys there know me
