Also, I’m forcing the rest of my side of the hallway to listen to Choirs of the Eye with me. Cool

This is what they get for making me listen to awful hip-hop and rap all day.

I'm listening to Requins Marteaux, which I got as a free download from Jamendo.  It is pretty good progressive rock, kind of eclectic.  There was a link to similar music, and Returning We Hear The Larks was listed.  They are listed as Progressive Metal/Death Core, so I am thinking not my thing, but I did get a kick out of that picture.

It’s great, innit?  All the stares you get?
If I have to listen to their bass beats through the walls for hours at a time they should at least respect some retaliation.

Or you could force them to listen to good hip-hop.

I've come to realize it actually exists. You just have to dig for it like a lot of good music out there.

I'm having such a synth/music/electronics nerdgasm over this synth and everything. So digital and so 80s. Yessss. Only negative thing is I can't get stereo in the line inputs on my monitors from my computer. Maybe I need to look up line imputs and see if it works with a computer output signal. Internet? But to be fair the able I have for it is from Radio Shack so that's probably why it fails. By the way, remember when Radio Shack had a prosperous period in the 90s and maybe before? They had that dial-up market down. Now it's just sad. Renaming your store The Shack and having a bunch of electronic crap that no one but a computer programmer from 1998 needs (but will still order online for it because he's not retarded and even with shipping it will be less than The Shack.) Sad. I need to find a local electronics store that actually has a 1/8" TS to stereo RCA that doesn't fail. I probably paid $15 for that. Goddammit.

Thing's pretty neat. I'm going through the manual now, which has been digitally scanned into oblivion:
