Well, you can't really say Coyote is an accessible album. Took some time for me to "get it" too.

Every day slips away. At least it will all be over soon and I have a sticker to prove it.

I agree. I received the album in April, and "got it" somewhen in June. |

Ben Sharp is the man. You give his latest album a listen? It's excellent.

I know what my judgement is going to be. "You are almost 22 and haven't been on a date yet? INTO THE FIRE!"

I dunno k Perhaps it was that the album works as one big piece with less dynamics than CotE or BLD that took me longer to get into it. But that is what I like so much about it now. It also took over the number 1 position of my favourite album of 2010, pushing down Jaga Jazzist one spot.

SR still alive!
Oh man 500 is so close. To quote modest mouse "Life handed us a paycheck and we said, "Hey! We worked harder than this!" But it was actually a pretty good one |

I'd gladly pay some big money to see Roger Waters performing The Wall in Rio. I don't think he's coming here though

I'm just getting into Modest Mouse and their album from 2007 (or 2008?), they're very cool. I like mad laughters like those they can do.

Yeah, I'm listening to Beacon right now. Great stuff, although some vox wouldn't hurt.

Coyote really isn't that amazing; not even close to Choirs. I enjoyed Stained Glass much more than Coyote.

Wrong. CoTE is their worst album anyway.

Coyote is easily as strong as CotE IMO, possibly stronger.
Also, Modest Mouse have some awesome lyrics. |
