I have no doubt someone will take him. But who? Let's guess wildly! People keep saying the Giants...not even sure why any giants fan would want him back...I sure as hell don't.

With the way he killed the Eagles it might be a good move for them.

They have that kid Britt who's been good and...do they still have TO? Good lord... I guess Plax could still have something left. He's still big, so there's that.

Is this really a question?
Either got to be the Bungles or Raiders
I can think of one reason why some Giants fans might welcome him back:
Also, Eli sucks without him.
And, for the most part, with him.

Oh you....
I would go into why Eli didn't have too terrible a year really... but who cares right?
Don't need him anyway. What does worry me is some of this rumbling about cutting Steve Smith. No one in the team better be contemplating that...

Nah, Carson was good. I do think he was overrated (never was a top 3 like it was said) but I thought he was one of the better ones. Stuck on the Bungles was one major problem!
And lol, the surprise year of Cedric Benson was just that. He's back to mediocrity...

Carson might be one of the top 3 in the league (I'm using that very leniently) if he played on a different team. At this point I'm sick and tired mostly of Mike Brown always being more concerned with being as cheap as possible instead of trying to build a winning organization. Why do you think the Bengals don't have a GM? My team will continue to be woeful until either Mike Brown dies or he sells them to someone who cares about winning games. One of the local sports radio guys said yesterday that if the Bengals don't pick a QB in the draft and don't acquire anyone in free agency (again, this being a team that doesn't like dolling out cash it's entirely possible) and Carson decides to hang it up right before training camp, he thinks it's would be the biggest embarrassment to the Brown family ever and absolutely hilarious. Most likely that won't happen but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it does.

I would like to see Kevin Kolb play. I mean, eventually we have to find out if he's any good on a regular basis More plax talk. Though the Giants do need some depth. Their receiving trio is great but they got no one else, and it really showed this year...Still don't think they should bother with plax though. I can't say I follow the Bengals at all, so I need to ask you David, (assuming you watched ) Was Palmer really that bad? His numbers were decent. I know there's more to the story than numbers but I can't see how his year was so abysmal. My guess is the Bungles overall were more to blame.

While the Raiders could use a veteran wide out but not sure they want the baggage. Al has done stranger things but I think team continuity is important to them right now to bring in Plax. There are other less crazy players out there.

I mostly blame it on 2 things: 1) The O-line is banged up and/or poorly matches up with the opposing D-line almost every week. His protection (minus probably 2005) is absolutely abysmal. I don't think even guys like Manning (Peyton) and Brady could perform well with the scraps Palmer has to deal with. 2) Benson went back to being a mostly average back this year. Most of the problems with the organization can be traced back to the owner. I remember seeing an episode of Hard Knocks when it was on the Bengals the summer before last and in one scene, Mike Brown is driving by the practice field in a golf cart telling the coaches things like "That guy looks more built for a tight end than a linebacker. You should play him as a tight end". I don't really blame Marvin for much either. The quality NFL coaches won't go anywhere near Cincinnati because they know Brown is a control freak and won't let them run their show the way they want to. It's really pathetically sad yet hilarious watching the way this organization conducts business.

Yeah David, after Benson's career of mediocrity he had that surprise last year, and apparently only last year lulz I suppose if you have a power run game based on 1 back and he doesn't perform...you're gunna have some problems. Like anyone thinks Palmer is serious but hey, if by some chance he actually gets traded or "retires" if my team needed a QB I would not mind picking him up at all!
