He was a lovely guy and a great teacher it's just he made a megaepicfail on my part as he put me in top set for Year 10 and I ended up with a teacher I didn't really like and I didn't really Geography all that much anyhow and so I epic failed because of it.
I can't think of a more useless and boring subject than geography off the top of my head. So I don't blame you.

Actually, this song is a lot better, and is also pretty much one of the most epic metalcore songs ever written.
I'm gonna play this really loud to cover up the god-awful rap coming from next door.
The first song was really groovy. It kind of had a Sikth thing going on until the vocals came in.
Listening to this song now. They're pretty good, but the vocals really aren't doing it for me. I can't pinpoint the band, but they really remind me of some generic metal band.
Spencer's vocals are both lauded and panned by critics, he does have a pretty generic metalcore voice. It doesn't bug me but I can definitely see why others wouldn't like it.

That's the first song Kevin posted. Like I said it was cool and groovy, but not feeling the vocals.
They actually had a different vocalist in the first video I posted, the 15 minute one is their current singer and the guy who sings on the album. They offer an instrumental version of the album if the vocals really bug you, and some people prefer the instrumental one.

Ah ok. I'd rather suffer through terrible vocals than listen to an album without vocals that was written to have vocals.

Me too. I like instrumental music, but I don't like the instrumental version of their album because it's not written to be an instrumental album. It's written to have the vocals be part of the music, and if you take those out it loses a crucial element, regardless of how much you didn't like the vox.
