Ohai Matt, I see you listened to Ire Works. And now Periphery? How can you handle all that -core in one night?
And how was Ire Works btw?

I am feeling core-ish I guess. Ire Works was pretty good, worth another listen at least.

Physical copies of music are nothing special, unless the artist puts some f**king effort into the presentation. You don't want to spend $30 on a new album to find it's nothing but a jewel case and a sleve with basically nothing of value on it. Save your money for special editions, or at least rarer albums.
| Yeah, put in the damn lyrics.Nick Cave does seem to put an extra effort in the presentation. And I like it when they add a "poster". It's usually too small to do much with it, but it's a nice touch. |
Tool albums don't have lyrics, but they're still worth it.

Nah, though it seems to be doing well.
Now an amazing everyone should see before they die is Chinatown, with Jack Nicholson. Completely amazing.

Sorry, but I won't watch anything Roman Polanski touched until the f**ker dies. But I shouldn't have too long to wait, so I'll probably be able to squeeze it in unless I get hit by a car or finally off myself within the next decade or so.

Black Swan was good, but over-dramatic. King's Speech and True Grit are both much better movies.

But it has Natalie Portman masturbating. That's got to count for something.

The entire film is overtly sexual.

Perhaps "not that great" is harsh for Periphery, because they're pretty good. "Over-hyped" would be better.

The sexuality is uncomfortable, not erotic.

Sweet, glad you liked it.
And Periphery are f*cking awesome, Anthony, you don't even know.
Colin, it doesn't help that Swans have like 18 songs on all of their albums.

Actually, it doesn't look like a movie I would enjoy much, so I probably won't ever get around to seeing it. Darren Aronofornorsky seems like an annoying person.

They're definitely over-hyped, especially in a certain metal community. But they at least live up to the hype.

I've seen also seen Pi from him which I liked as well, I can see why he'd be annoying though. I'm tempted to watch Requiem for a Dream soon.
