lol henners, we learned about SI units in physics today
It makes me feel a bit better if that pointless day is universal and not just because we're retarded over here. But, like, people were arguing with the professor about whether or not they could 24.5 x 10^6 instead of 2.45 x 10^7 and I couldn't take it anymore and I stopped paying attention. I think at some point she asked how many zeros a billion would be and someone said 12, but I didn't care enough to stop reading the book at random and answer her, I later just fell asleep. I was too dismayed that the slides were all in Comic Sans.
Also, a guy went up to the Calc professor and brown nosed him for almost 5 minutes about how clear and great his explanations were, he should have taken his class earlier, blah blah blah. On the first day of class. It might be racist, but I was unsurprised he is asian.

Yeah, before we read that book my literature teacher had to go on a disclaimer about the differences between cultures to understand that their relationship wasn't homosexual, because you know how freshmen are.

Oh man dunno about the Sumerians but the Greeks especially has sex with men for recreation and stress relief. That's homosexual, and I imagine it's similar with the Sumerians. Kinda puts a kink in the airtight ethos of not even challenging the beliefs of high schoolers. Just wait til you get to college. It's all just gay sex. No books or test or anything just lots of penis.

Didn't you ever read the Epic of Gilgamesh? It's an embarrassingly clear subtext, at least from a modern perspective. Same for you Kevin, IT'S AN IMPORTANT PART OF HISTORY.
My favorite part of Gilgamesh is when the priestess f**ks Enkidu for a week. I really want to ask the Sumerians their thoughts on the literalness of that section.
Stonie, as far as I know the Sumerians weren't crazy for cock like the Greeks. They don't even have any male nude art that survived, although that doesn't mean it didn't exist.
