As far as I know the doctor said he took out a bunch of stuff he found was causing my problems, fat pad, plica and the works. Both knees too, I'm confident it worked by how the doc talked.

I don't even want to see what happens when I try to start running/get in shape...let's just say it's been over 50 years since I've been to a gym, and I'm only 22.
