Yes - Mia had to sit this one out, due to some health & logistical problems. But, we're taking this opportunity to play some of the more guitar-oriented, older, heavier songs, so are really excited about the music on this tour. Mia will be back with us, in a few months, in the U.S. 
Please come to the shows anyway! You can still get all creepy with me or Terran if you want.

Sucks, but we will get to see her Tongue

AND it sounds like you'll get to hear more stuff off of Choirs.

Maybe live, but for the studio version I'm pretty sure he probably recorded bass and violin separately.

I don't know, but they're the only reason I've ever downloaded anything from iTunes. LOL  I'm hoping they start selling actual CDs again sometime, I'll definitely be grabbing those when they're available.
