I stayed around downstairs most of the day because my brother in law has to leave already tomorrow morning and he's a cool guy, wanted to get to chill with him a little bit while he's still here.  Sister and nephew are staying for something like another week though.  I'm sure by the end of that week I'll praise silence for a while. LOL

Wow, it takes until late afternoon? We are back to usual business by 12, not counting dinner. LOL

Well we do a lunch/dinner thing....one big meal kind of in between the two, so yeah after that it's more or less over.

I have not.
They seem like a band you'd like, great variety of instrumentation and almost kind of funky.

It was enjoyable, I liked the relaxing more than the drives through traffic to have big family outings.
Besides my family is soooooo religious, so ya know it's a huge deal to us LOL

Ha, although Matt isn't your dad actually religious?
My whole family is pretty much just secular, except my brother he's a fairly hardcore atheist lulz

Also:  Organisation's Tone Float can be added to the list of good Kraftwerk albums. Cool

Yeah, I'm listening to my new stuff, at least what I've gotten of it so far - have to wait until tomorrow to get the last three Christmas present CDs. Unhappy

A Serious Man was pretty great, I was pissed at the ending until I went on Wikipedia and realized the teacher was trying to unlock the shelter door, not lock the school. It was very No Country For Old Men in structure (if not violence), but I'm apparently the only one who thought No Country's ending was great. A Serious Man is taking it a little farther to troll the audience with the ending and the lol beginning (although the implication is clear), but for No Country, the main character died and the sheriff lost his faith in God, what more resolution do you want?
if you own a sodastream i hate you

I've got a whole bunch of good stuff my uncle gave me that I'm giving listens right now. He's the only other prog fan in my family and I see him maybe 3 times a year. We always exchange a whole bunch of music each time we see each other.

Nice.  I'm the only prog fan in my family.  I exchange music with myself every time I see me too, but it doesn't work quite as well as exchanging with someone else. LOL

Nice, I am the only person in my family (I know of) who even cares about music. LOL
