I stayed around downstairs most of the day because my brother in law has to leave already tomorrow morning and he's a cool guy, wanted to get to chill with him a little bit while he's still here.  Sister and nephew are staying for something like another week though.  I'm sure by the end of that week I'll praise silence for a while. LOL

A Serious Man was pretty great, I was pissed at the ending until I went on Wikipedia and realized the teacher was trying to unlock the shelter door, not lock the school. It was very No Country For Old Men in structure (if not violence), but I'm apparently the only one who thought No Country's ending was great. A Serious Man is taking it a little farther to troll the audience with the ending and the lol beginning (although the implication is clear), but for No Country, the main character died and the sheriff lost his faith in God, what more resolution do you want?

I've got a whole bunch of good stuff my uncle gave me that I'm giving listens right now. He's the only other prog fan in my family and I see him maybe 3 times a year. We always exchange a whole bunch of music each time we see each other.
