well it is just picturing how the frost smoke, on the Oslo fjord is picture us readers how cold December month have been and that it will continue to be cold until New Years eve,
 
It have been the coldest December in Norway in 101 yeasrs,  AND THEY KEEP CALLING IT GLOBAL WARMING GAAH Angry
